Everything overseas buyers usually ask before placing the first order.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is flexible. For stocked models we accept trial orders from 10–50 pieces; for customised or branded production the typical MOQ is 100–500 pieces depending on the model. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ in the quotation.
Can you manufacture under our own brand (OEM / ODM)?
Yes. We support OEM with your logo, custom housing colour, retail packaging and user manual, and ODM with firmware and app-interface changes for Wi-Fi and 4G products. Branded orders normally require 100–500 pieces per model and 15–25 days of production time.
How long is the production lead time?
Stocked items ship in 3–7 working days. Standard production takes 15–20 days after deposit and artwork approval; peak season (August–November) may extend to 25 days. We confirm the schedule in writing on the proforma invoice.
Do you provide samples before bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for every model and are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Sample cost is refundable against the first bulk order.
Which certificates do you hold?
CE and RoHS for the relevant product families, ISO 9001 for the quality management system, CB scheme reports for selected breakers and Tuya compatibility for the smart range. Type B leakage modules on the EV charging protection series are tested per the applicable standard. Certificate copies are available on request.
What payment and shipping terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment), Alibaba Trade Assurance and PayPal for samples. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, and can quote CIF, DDP or EXW depending on your destination.
