Free Engineering Support — Sizing, Wiring Sketches & Deployment Plans
Talk to the engineers who build the products, not a sales script. Send us a nameplate, a photo or a site description — you get a worked answer, not a brochure.
Engineering That Ships With Every Quote
Most suppliers sell boxes. We put factory engineers on your project before you order anything — the same people who design and test the products answer your technical questions directly.
Send the load nameplate — power, voltage, phase, starting method. We return the recommended model, breaker rating and curve type, with the calculation shown.
Photo of your panel plus the load type is enough. We return a wiring diagram PDF — direct switching, contactor drive or retrofit route, correctly rated.
Load list and panel single-line in — RCBO/MCB ratings, curve type and residual-current settings out, with selectivity and cable protection checked.
Site count and country in, connectivity plan out — data consumption modelled, antenna placement advised, five-year cost per device estimated.
Test before you commit. Stocked models ship as engineering samples with DHL tracking, paired and function-tested before they leave the factory.
Brand concept and target market in, engineering feasibility and project plan out — firmware options, certification path and tooling scope assessed by our engineers.
From Nameplate to Working Installation
- 1. Send what you have: a nameplate photo, a panel photo or a plain description of the site — no formal drawing needed.
- 2. An engineer reviews it: technical questions go to our engineers directly, in fluent English, never through a translator chain.
- 3. You get a worked answer: sizing calculation, wiring sketch or deployment plan — with the reasoning shown, so your own team can verify it.
- 4. Sample and scale: confirm with an engineering sample, then scale to production with the same person who sized your project.
OEM and ODM projects are covered by NDA on request before any technical exchange.
Response Times in Writing
These are the commitments we hold ourselves to. Every quote and reply states when you will hear from us next.

Questions Buyers Ask First
Is engineering support really free?
Yes. Pre-sales sizing, wiring sketches, protection coordination and deployment planning are free and carry no obligation — they are part of how a manufacturer works with its customers. We would rather spend an hour sizing your project correctly than process a return next season.
Who actually answers my technical question?
An engineer from the product team — the people who design and test the units — answers technical questions directly. Sales handles only commercial matters. This is deliberate: the person who promises you a wiring diagram is the person who can draw it.
Can you help during installation, not just before ordering?
Yes. Video sessions with an engineer can be booked within 48 hours for commissioning, wiring checks or app setup. For larger projects we schedule follow-ups until the installation runs — the Chilean irrigation and 200-site billboard projects in our case studies were both commissioned this way.
Do you sign NDAs for OEM projects?
Yes — NDA before any technical or commercial exchange, on request, at no cost. See our OEM/ODM checklist for the full engagement process.
